Do you believe in the saying “Reap what you sow”? This is true with having a positive mental attitude. If you have a positive mental attitude, you have a mindset of success and abundance. Likewise if you think negatively, expect things to go the wrong way.

Positive mental attitude is about believing that you have the ability and the resources to reverse the ugly situation you are in at the moment. This is an attitude you cannot fake but you can empower yourself with, here is how.

Food is a critical, must-have source of nourishment and energy. Without food we would not be able to perform our daily activities. Our muscles would wither, our nervous system and brains would fail. Whether we like it or not: We all need food.

What you might not know though, is that food has another important role in our lives: Comfort and entertainment. Culturally and instinctively we prepare and serve foods to comfort those who have experienced loss, to celebrate joy, or to show friendship and love. And that’s where emotional eating can cause many problems.

What Is Emotional Eating?

The internet has exploded into a world power in that we can talk and interact with people and companies from all over the world. Social media like Twitter and Facebook connect family, friends and colleagues from different parts of the globe daily to enhance our lives. Skype allows for us to connect at a personal level in seeing their smiling faces and hearing the voices of our loved ones as well.

Emotions run in the basement of the brain. To rise above these primitive and petty masks that overshadow your being, you need to operate from a different center. If the basement is flooded, seek shelter on a higher floor. The water may rise, but so can you!

We can never escape emotions altogether, and shouldn’t expect to as they serve as self-correcting blinders in the navigation of unknown circumstances. Life without emotions (both positive and negative ones) is meaningless.

Classification of Emotions

The dualistic nature of the mind gives rise to differentiation, most commonly embraced as the classic struggle between good (the positive, the desirable, life enhancing, pleasure seeking) and evil (the negative, the undesirable, life destructing, pain seeking).

What if you knew how to attract money into your life? Wouldn't everything just be wonderful? It would be much easier for you to find time for other things, the things that you love; you would get more time to exercise, you would have time to go shopping for healthier food, you would be a lot healthier because you would be free of worries and all your needs would be met. You would be able to build relationships because you'd have the time, and you have many resources to establish countless goals.

How is it then, that such a useful skill like how to attract money is so elusive? Money is everything. Don't believe anyone who says they don't care about money – they are lying. Zig Ziglar, the famous master and coach on successful living is quoted as saying “Yes, money isn't everything…but it's reasonably close to oxygen”.

“Mom, I'm, too sick to go to school today.” We joke about feigning illness to avoid school, but the illness is not always feigned. Stressors that students face each day can be just as detrimental as those faced by their parents. Yet stress management for students is not as readily available as is stress management for adults.

Charts purporting to show “who is affected by stress” list occupations. On a scale of 1 to 10, police officers rate 7.7 and teachers rate 6.2 – but students are not rated. “Student” is not considered an occupation. Online searchers type in a phrase such as “teachersjob + stress reduction” and get a fair response. Type in “stress management for students”, and the response is far less.

It's not uncommon to have a social anxiety disorder. In fact, approximately one in every ten people suffers from it at one point or another. Some suffer from the disorder when they experience any kind of social situations, while some only suffer from it during certain social situations, such as presenting at an event, speaking in public, or when performing in front of an audience. The anxiety and fears that overcome suffers are very real and substantive, even though non-sufferers may dismiss them as being unreasonable. Overcoming social anxiety is crucial because if unchecked and untreated, it could lead to a more severe social anxiety disorder which can even greatly interfere with your daily life and it may lead to needing professional psychiatric help.

There are a lot of people who spend their days focussed on what's bad about their life. They can talk at length about what is lacking:

"I don't have a big enough house"
"I don't earn enough"
"I don't have a relationship"

This kind of focus on the negatives is common but also very destructive. If you are only focussed on the things that are bad in your life, the fact is you will never be happy. The fact is that there will always be something "lacking" in life. Once you have a big house, there will always be a bigger house to strive for. You can always earn more money. There will always be someone better looking than you. You will be forever chasing happiness in the future. This is a recipe for misery.

Positive thinking is a mind frame which expects happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation. When this belief is so powerful, this expectation is always reached by that individual. With positive thinking many people fear this because they dont want to build themselves up for a big win, only to find that they sink to a greater low, when they lose. This attitude may be influenced by past experience, where a person may have taken many knocks in their lifetime i.e. lose of job, failed relationships or unsuccessful marriages. Therefore, these people have the tendency to always fear the worst outcome of every situation. Every time this negative cycle is reinforced, expectations are lowered and negative outcomes are generated. But we can reverse negative thinking by doing the following;

From time immemorial, people have searched for happiness, harmony, love and wealth.

Using feng shui for prosperity allows us to use subtle energies to achieve prosperity in everything. This knowledge can help find love, strengthen relationships, find a vocation, climb the corporate ladder, gain wealth, improve health, and more.

The teaching involves the use of symbols (charms, amulets) for success. One of the most popular symbols of feng shui for prosperity is the vessels. A vessel represents unity and harmony, and stores your desires and aspirations. This bowl can be filled with any items. The main thing is that these objects symbolize what you want. You can have multiple vessels as well.
