What does it take to save your relationship?
June 19, 2009 | Leave a Comment
When one is young and has not had any experience in relationships, they will often make the mistake that the kinds of relationships they will be involved with later in life are quite simple. Just about anyone who has been through a relationship or two have been through enough to know that, unfortunately, finding someone special that one can get along with involves quite a bit more than falling in love and living happily ever after. Though it may take some a little longer to realize it, good relationships take work. The relationships that will make it will have both parties willing to put the effort into making it work, while those who do not put in the effort will often find themselves in situations they did not want to be in.

Are you ready to start a family?
June 15, 2009 | Leave a Comment
It is a common question among many single and married people alike, especially when it is highly likely that one will be around in about nine months. Whether a couple are planning on having a child or not, it is a question that many will ask as they start to realize the responsibility involved in raising one. At first, it can be an intimidating thought or an exciting one, depending on the circumstance or situation. For some, it can be exciting to anxiety while for others it can go from anxiety to excitement; regardless of which it is, the question ultimately comes up: Will I be a good enough parent to this new life?

How Being Sad Can Lead to Being Happy
January 3, 2009 | Leave a Comment
Sometimes we can be sad and not even know it.Here you can find a description of how you can make the journey from sadness to joy
Have you ever wanted to be happy?
Did you know that many people remain sad or in a ‘low’ depression for much of their lives without being so aware of it. You may be the life and soul of the party, but because you want to make others happy and not necessarily because you are feeling happy yourself. You would be surprised at how many people put on a happy face because at some deeper level they don’t want to be rejected.
Deep down there is often no concrete sense of self. Directing all of your attention to other people can result in you losing touch with who you essentially are.

One of the best stress reduction techniques is frequent exercise, exercise is not only healthy for you but it also relaxes tense muscles and helps you to sleep. By exercising you speed up the flow of blood which improves the flow of blood to the brain, which clears the brain and the toxins out of the brain and you can think clearer, which is needed when you are thinking intensely, this is why when you are stressed you tend to get headaches. We often say to our friends and colleagues, I am just stressed out, now we can see that it is not “just” a just, it is something that affect our bodies and our lives in every area.

Grace Reaches Down
April 18, 2008 | Leave a Comment
In an ever-growing desire to bring more light into a world that is actually composed of it, man has compromised itself by separating from the feelings that are inherent in a world of dualism and polarity. In so doing, the space for the use of grace is neglected and left untended. Due to this strategy, the human race has set itself upon the edge of denial - an edge that naturally leads to the integrity and authenticity of what feels real and is truly incorporated in experiencing life among each other.

How To Forgive
April 16, 2008 | Leave a Comment
The past cannot be undone. What you change is how you feel about it.
Make The Change Happen
How are you going to do it, my friend? You’re all done feeling wretched all the time, you know forgive does not mean forget, you are soooo ready, but you need a plan. Read on, my friend, and find out how to get the benefits of forgiveness for yourself. Right now.
Guilt and Hatred Are Killers
Ask any doctor. Stress is a killer. This is because your body and mind are a continuum. In other words, although they are not entirely the same, a great overlap exists that unites them. Relieve your mental stress and your body will be happier too. Nothing relieves mental stress like forgiveness. Guilt and hatred resolve nothing; they just sustain the negativity that continues to obstruct you from your goals. Forgiveness, on the other hand, undoes the stickiness that binds you to an unhappy past.

Keeping Your Spirits Up - The In-debt Net
March 27, 2008 | Leave a Comment
The hardest thing about paying back debt isn’t money. The hardest thing about paying back debt is feeling positive, I’m sure. The problem is that human nature sees our moods dipping and peaking like crazy. Whilst it is easy to feel positive when we’re at the top of our game, it is incredibly hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when the kids are fighting, the final demand for the gas came in and you are going down with the ‘flu.
Positivity is an enabler for achieving what we need to. Ever noticed that the people who talk the most about being happy or fulfilled have a tendency to have wonderful opportunities just fall into their laps? Doesn’t seem fair, does it? I’m personally convinced that we make our own luck (or lack of it) through our own attitudes.
